Users are not responsible for player deaths in their towns, even if you're doing a job in their town unless they deliberately built some sort of player trap or were physically present to do the act of killing themselves. Not to mention you have provided 0 evidence and 0 context. Don't waste our time and file legit complaints with legit evidence in the future.
