When I went out briefly for about 2 hours, I had people ready and online incase he logged on. I now have to go, and shotgun has made no attempt to log on in game, contact me on the forums, or contact me any other way. I PM'ed Shotgun on the forums when he asked for his tempban, and I told him I was not comfortable with the tempban and wanted to void the contract. In the PM (which @Joseph01234 is added to), Shotgun states, "I understand cause you think ill just stay off and make you pay 10k fees, which i wouldn't ever consider doing, but i will be on Sunday to receive payment and give you ownership, ok?". He refused to void the contract and told me he would be online. I am requesting now that the contract be voided due to his breach. I no longer wish to do business with him, due to his recent actions.
Well iv been working all day, sorry, ill get on now? Made no attempt i hear, how about instead of making accusations you get your facts first, you practically accused me of attempting to scam you in pm via forums, so how about accusing me of not trying to do something you actually figure out why im not able to log in first. You wish to void due to my actions, i don't think its pass Sunday now is it so why is this complaint up?
Alright, Since according to softly, no money has been given, and based on the region info on twinpeeks, it seems like really no progress has been made from both ends of the contract. Given the circumstances of the situation, and the dispute that has come out of you 2, I would suggest to simply void the contract (which at this point is still possible due to no transaction taking place) or to continue on with the agreement that was made. Which one of these ideas sounds best to both of you @SoftlyPsychotic and @Shotgunboy0130 ? If you both have initial disagreements on what deal you should reach, Im going to ask that it is taken to a forum pm so that this can be calmly discussed.
Erm no voiding, and yes i would be losing something, a whole week of my time waiting for her to get the money, and i was just on and she was not on, it seems more like she doesnt have the money to pay me and she is trying to void so she doesnt have to pay extra. I will be on tomorrow from 4-5:30 pm est, if the money is not paid by then i will add 10k to it , i will also set up a sign tomorrow afternoon for you to pay to.
Hello again. Tapatalk woke me up, and when I saw the amount of comments I came on my computer to write out a more thought-out answer Look, @Shotgunboy0130, I don't want to do this contract anymore. I now realize it's a mistake, and looking back on your terms, they don't quite make sense given the transaction taking place. I don't see why I should be penalized with late fees when nothing has taken place. It's not very reasonable, and to be honest I was very off-put by your tempban. You did not warn me in advance, and like I said in the forum PM I was not sure what the ban was for. The whole tempban issue scared me. I do realize I have made a mistake by agreeing to this contract, but I'm also not comfortable with everything that's happened in the meantime. Please try to understand. I'm not trying to scam you- since nothing has taken place, I actually can't scam you. I would really just appreciate voiding this. I hope you'll understand.
If this comes off mean oh well! For every excuse you have made as to why you shouldn't have to pay me or as to why I should void the contract, I could be a millionaire by now. If I'm not on I'm sure you can give to to @zedoker, or @Physicistsmom and they will give it to me when I get on, if not I'll make a sign, but you said you could make the money, and you signed the contract, so stop making excuses and just do it.
I am going to grant softly's request to void the contract as 1. The time was expired by the time you responded to this complaint, she made this complaint and you never showed. You agreed to 10 pm est on 4.27.14 not "sunday". 2. She has evidence of this, no matter the reason or excuse you make it gives you no reason to berate her when you did not fulfill your end of the agreement. 3. You claim you would be losing a whole week of time, well you yourself personally asked to be tempbanned for 3 whole days because you /ci'd your Eff 7 I believe it was, this is in no way her fault and it was rational of her to feel the way she did about your ban. So in my books you only lost 4 days of that time. I also find that since she has no desire anymore to own the town she thus does not owe you money since no actual transaction was made. Also the 10k per day fee makes absolutely no sense on something that is intended as a full payment trade and has no merit in this contract and I will not be enforcing it. It is obvious that she was prepared to pay you at the agreed upon time, but like I said you were not there so the time limit passed and she decided it was not worth the energies to go any further with the transaction. The time expiring alone already void's the contract. So this is my decision on the matter. Complaint accepted. Contract Agreement voided. No town transfer and no monetary transfer between the users.Locked.
