Thanks for taking the time to file this complaint @shadow9_j23. I'll be giving @LilHarlot twenty four hours to explain why they have not paid off this loan. @LilHarlot - 24 hours to respond.
Also @shadow9_j23 , the image that you provided only shows an agreement for "@LilHarlot to repay 40k within two weeks, or else that you will file a complaint with staff.". Unfortunately, because you did not include the 25% interest within those terms, we can only enforce the 40k to be repayed. If you however do have an image of @LilHarlot agreeing to the interest, we may then be able to also enforce that as well. But for now with the screenshot provided above, we would only be able to enforce the repayment of forty thousand, and it would be up to @LilHarlot to pay any interest, but it could not be enforced by the staff team. I thought I'd let you know because I did not mention it yesterday.
Im extremely sorry for not paying him back, and i will do so, i just have been extremely busy lately. I apologize and should have thought about my schedule before i took out the loan
Alright @LilHarlot, I will tag @shadow9_j23 and see if he'd like to renegotiate a payment plan for you to pay him back. I'll wait for him to respond to see what he's willing to work out with you. If you come in contact with him and sort something out, please be sure to post here so we can update the payment plan in our records. In the future, I recommend only taking out loans that you can be certain to pay back on time to avoid situations like these.
sorry i did't capture it all in one screen. I see @LilHarlot had IRL things to deal with. That's fine. In the future i would suggest messaging the person you have a loan with that there were some more pressing matters to need to attend to. The payment sign is still up in my town hall. If I could get the ECD back before the end of June I'll be cool. Thank you LilHarlot for replying.
Okay thanks for posting the additional screenshot @shadow9_j23 . With the circumstances presented, and the response from @shadow9_j23, I am going to extend the loan repayment deadline until June 8th, 2017. @LilHarlot, this will give you fourteen additional days to earn the money to pay off the loan. This complaint will serve as evidence for the revised payment plan. I'll be locking it and moving it to the archive for our records. If additional time is needed @LilHarlot, I recommend contacting @shadow9_j23 privately, as it seems he would be willing to give you until the end of June if it is absolutely necessary. For now, the revised payment plan will be used for reference.
