Complaint:

Using racial slurs in a negative manner in VIP chat.
While, for some unfathomable reason, racial slurs have been announced as allowed in VIP chat, I was told not directed, and not in a negative manner.
Asked a staff member who missed the comments and was told this qualifies.​
