Accused Username: ScarySam925Complaint: Loan scam and breach of contract. There's 2 different loans going on. - On 3 Jan 2016 I loaned them 60k, 85k was to be paid back by 13 Jan 2016. - On 18 Jan 2016 I loaned them 50k, 65k was to be paid back by 25 Jan 2016. Both loans are late and we agreed on 5%/day late fees over the total amount to be paid back (respectively, 85k and 65k, therefore 4.25k/day and 3.25k/day). The total amount owed as of today would be slightly more than 340k. I understand this is a pretty high amount, I didn't foresee such a huge delay when I made the contract. I don't know whether there are any restrictions on late fees, it's not very clear and it seems there's a debate going on over this matter.Evidence: Additional Information:
Hello @Expipiplusone, thanks for filing this complaint. We do not enforce un-capped late fees (late fees that don't have a set date on which they end). @ScarySam925 can you please explain why this money has not been paid off or better yet, provide evidence it has? User given 24 hours to respond
