Yeah, that's totally fastplace. Fastplace, yes, places blocks really fast as shown consistently throughout the video, but also has tendencies two place two blocks at once, as shown in the video as well. What's shown in the video is exactly what fastplace looks like - Here's a video of it done in single-player with the [Mod edit] : [Mod Edit] In the two videos, it's literally the same behavior when it comes to block placing - You're placing multiple blocks in essentially the same time, usually two, like shown in the two videos. How the accused user is placing blocks is literally the same as how I'm placing blocks in the video. So yeah, fastplacing. Quite obvious too.
