Its 22% because kitters can kill people, but not everytime
@salvaotero98 heads do not spin that fast even with max sensitivity. Right as you looked away, your head spun around in not even a seconds time still following your target. That just seems really "fishy" in the video. Skip to 4:00 - 4:10 in the video.

I faced this guy today....he beat Alpert which is almost impossible AND he beat me I tried to hit him and it was like he had force field hax or something.
