    Hello Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

    As you may know, this type of language is not tolerated on ECC and all the incidents shown in the
    screenshots have been handled in-game. I am sorry you had to see this type of language on ECC and
    should you continue to encounter similar problem with the same users, please do not hesitate to file a new complaint.
