Felon Username: rubenowenComplaint: I'm simply minding my own business when I receive a pm from rubenowen. The pm was the letter 'd' and I didn't think anything of it because I though maybe it was a mistake or he/she was in the wrong chat. This occurred at 8:19pm on 4/17/2014. Then 3 minutes later I receive a nasty pm that I wish not to repeat. The screenshot says it all. I have never meet the user nor have I ever attempted to contact rubenowen. I believe it's just a builder that had nothing else to do but submit vulgar messages to players. It's necessary to take action against this user because he is violating the rules stated on EcoCityCraft (ECC). rubenowen's actions has violated the following: - Section 2 Clause 3 - Section 4 Clause 2 - Section 4 Clause 3 - Section 4 Clause 6Evidence: *mod Edit*Additional Information: I believe it was highly inappropriate and I believe that the user should face the consequences. I shouldn't have to put up with it.
Thank you for filing this complaint! I will be banning this user for inappropriate language directed at several users. This user was obviously a troll that just wanted to offend other users, and that doesn't belong on the server. Thanks again! Locked-User Banned
