He did not buy anything and as the screeniws show he was running around my town not at my shop Also only in the early screenies i told him to leave if he wasnt buying they i told them just to leave so they were supposed to leave whether they had "intentions" of buying things or not

If this occurs again, I would recommend privately messaging an online moderator, and alerting them of the issue. These situations are best handled in-game with an online moderator.
