Felon Username: RetrieverLover0 and LuxuriantSpy5Complaint: Alright, so luxuriantspy5 teleported me to one of the single blocks floating in the air high near the build limit in her town, while tped out of mining i didn't have fly enabled. just as i had appeared on the block luxuriantspy5's sister RetrieverLover0 broke the block and i fell to my death and died. This was a none pvp zone and they collected my items. They did give me back the majority of my items. But i lost about 45 levels of exp. Lux blamed it all on her sister saying she broke the block and herself had nothing to do with it but if that was true why did she tp me to a single block in the air? Retriever also tried to bribe me with money to stop me from reporting them but i knew action had to be taken before this happened to someone else.Evidence: The block was next to this one, the screenshot also shows lux quickly trying to break it. First off Bash Dash, I was breaking the dirt for the bridge and second the dirt I broke that you saw couldn't be the block you were on because it would be broken. Mods my sister didn't realize what she was doing. You banning might make her really depressed. Bash Dash we are truly sorry for what she and sorta I did but anyways we like to exaggerate the fact we gave your stuff back and offered you money for your exp. i only wanted you to see my new farm and i happen to be working on the bridge when you spawned. You took more than 10 secs to accept so i decided to finish bridge real quick. Mods thank you for taking the time to read this... I hope you make the most rational and most honest decisions. Hi Bash, Thanks for reporting this. I've made note, and taken what I had witnessed and documented at the time into consideration. After discussing the scenario with a few other staff members, we've decided there is more than enough evidence to warrant a proper punishment. Seeing as you've posted this complaint, you're aware that killing users in a non-pvp region is not at all allowed. If issues similar to this persist in the future, please gather as much proper evidence as possible. I can not stress the importance of documenting everything and anything you can get your hands on. I will be issuing both Lux and Ret a ban for killing a user in a non-pvp zone.
