Shown in the screenshots I was only there for a few seconds, I don't see why it's such a big deal for me to be right on the border and look around. You're don't have to make a complaint out of a minor annoyance. Yes, i guess it's breaking the rules but how is it bothering you? Come on.
I've asked you to leave multiple times as you have been rude to me and refuse to listen. I wouldn't make such a big deal if you would just leave me and my town alone.
I wasn't even bothering you. You advertised a home and I wanted to look at it. You don't have to waste staff's time and make a useless complaint. Is there something wrong with me looking at a house in your town?
There is something wrong with that after I've asked you to leave the town. If I don't want you in my town is that a problem? Why do you have to come into my town if you know the result will be me reporting/getting annoyed?
