Felon Username: RaginDevonianComplaint: On August 9th about 6:25 I typed a request for an e-repair on an eff5 unbreakin3 axe of mine( I used /own on the item). RaginDevonian asked to teleport and I let him. Once he was near me I asked how much and he said 150 if u feel like tipping but he also said u don't have to pay if don't want to. I gave him the axe at that point. He then just started moving around and I asked him to give it back. He insisted that it disappeared and that there was a glitch that occurred. He then later left. It is necessary to take action because the grief of items is not allowed as stated on the ecc rules.Evidence: (that was sarcasm when I said "that makes total sense")Additional Information: After receiving the tool he acted as though it never happened but he admitted that he had taken it because he said "it disappeared" in one of the screenshots. He then proceeded to say it was a glitch and that is obviously a lie... I think.
I hate to inform you of this, but there really is a glitch where items disappear randomly, Or it could also have been butchered. (Hope this is considered relevant)
I believe this is relevant. Ive had an issue with ragindevonion that @Nicit6 helped me resolve a couple weeks ago. ( I dont have screenies but nicit helped me so go talk to him.) So I asked in chat if there was anyone doing ereps and smelts. he tped and then I gave him my pick. he then started running around and claimed that he didnt have it and that the pick he was holding was his. Nicit said that he had just done /own on the tool and that he had to give it back. I got my tool back in the end. ( and I learned the valuable lesson of that you should /own your tools)

I've confirmed that @RaginDevonian never picked up the item. It must have despawned on the ground. As such there isn't anything we can do with this complaint - no rules broken.
