Accused Username: @PyroTechnix_Complaint: Pyro for the last few days has had my level 3 , boost 1 shovel ID #LKU43WGE I asked him to return it and he said something about connectivity issues. I then asked him again last night with no response. I have seen him in the chat box on the forum so im hoping this can give him a platform to explain his side. This is very unlike pyro so im hoping he can explain what is going on.Evidence: I talked to staff and was told that pyro has it in his enderchestsAdditional Information:
Hi @OniFox_ thanks for filing this complaint, and sorry u felt you had to, do you happen to have any screenshots or evidence of this agreement for a tool rental? if so please do provide it. without any agreement/contract/evidence we are unable to enforce anything. I hope you can understand that, sometimes unfortunate and unpredictable circumstances can occur time - to time , from my understanding @PyroTechnix_ is having some technical issues and has already reached out to us to see if we can grab the tool from thier inventory when they are offline - unfortunatly @PyroTechnix_ would need to be online for us to do this. we would like to help you retreive your tool but untill Pyro can get onilne we are probably unable to do so @PyroTechnix_ please feel free to post here and update us on your circumstances and a potential alternative, would you be able to hop on the server via chatcraft? let us know any evidence please provide king regards -Coow
I don't want pyro banned or muted etc, I just wanted to hopefully get his attention and get this resolved.
Very well - no action will be taken, Im going to leave this thread open and close this thread in 24hours so pyro has somewhere to communicate - if no response from @PyroTechnix_ in 24hours I will open up a forum PM with you myself and pyro and we will take it from there. awaiting your response @PyroTechnix_ many thanks -Coow
