Hello @314, thank you for submitting this report. As you know, on ECC we try to keep the chat appropriate for members of all ages. The language that these users were using was highly inappropriate. However, we did deal with this in game, and these players were punished accordingly. If you see something like this again, don't hesitate to submit another complaint! Thanks!
