Felon Username: Pruneda98Complaint: Me and Pruneda98 used to be partners when i first got into the server. He was inactive for a long time and I had to deal with our problems. During our partnership we shared lots of money. We had a star tool together, which we lost. early on he helped me out some (not fully) with the funds to get mayor, I placed a town next to his. During his inactivity I used both towns as I pleased. He contacted me in game the other day saying he had been trying to contact me and wanted to know if we were still partners. Because of his inactivity and him leaving me hanging in a time of debt I said no, we are neighbors now. He asked if he could use my star tool and I said no I'm renting it. He said "You have gotten mean now" I said it wasn't mine to give out. Then he said like 5 minutes later "You have been removed from my town. I said I have stuff there. I don't recall getting a response. (It seems like he said something like "too bad" On the border of my town I have multiple chests, as in a whole wall full and a lot of my materials I used to construct a building with (None of which he provided, nor provided funds to buy these things since they were done during his inactivity) Now I can't move my blocks I have placed or move my 7 enderchests. My complaint is that he didn't give me time to get all of my stuff. Im fine with a 3 day in game warning. I need to be added back to the town asap because I have to find a new place to setup shop as Im selling my town next to his because I don't want to deal with him. I know this seems like kiddy stuff but I have lots of stuff and he didn't follow the rules required before removing someones perms. He also has no blocks or items placed on my town of secundocasui2. So it is not mutual.Evidence: Bounds for his town are 14367,0-9350 ->4566, 255, -9150. Mine is right next to it. There is a walkway with stone and a large clay building for the farming complex that I referred to earlier.Additional Information: I just need my things.
@dpatt888 can you link the original town applications for both towns? @Pruneda98 can you explain your side of the story? Did you give a three day notice of eviction? Left open for 24 hours
I can. I'm not at home right now and I got grounded last night. Can you leave it open for longer? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My Town application : http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/town-mayor-app.84106/ His Town application : http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/mayor-protection.75776/ If you look at the edge where they meet (By the Cocoa Beans and the stone glass building) you will find several lwc items that belong to me and the blocks from the giant clay structure belong to me as well. I would like my 3 days to collect all of my things.
Ok so first of all you never told me you had stuff you needed to take out, and I never said no because you never asked me for that.
Yes, I don't want to make this of a big deal, lets grow up... I did not knew he had chests in my town, anyways I added him back so he can take his stuff back, and right now I'll also give you a 3 day warning to clear ALL of your LWC's out of my town, please. Moderators, I am sorry I did not knew that he had stuff in my town as I already stated, and I never received a text from him saying he had stuff so I had no idea this would happen, anyway I'd like to say I'm sorry to staff members, I added him back so he can take everything out and this is also the evidence for the 3 day eviction notice. Have a great day @idkhowtoplay
thank you for letting me get my stuff. Except for the part where you lied about not knowing I had chests. You watched me build that area lol. Back when you were active the first time. Lets put this behind us and "Stay grown up" by posting a counter thread.
Since this has been resolved I'll be locking this complaint. Remember that you always need to give a three day warning when evicting a player, unless they have been perm-banned or been offline for an extended amount of time. Regardless of whether or not they have chests in your town, the process of eviction must be followed. Locked - Resolved
