Felon Username: @Primzey Complaint: This user has broken the terms of our agreement regarding our shared Eff 7 Pickaxe and blatantly lied to me. Primzey claimed to have died with the Pick in the Nether, which turns out to be a lie. Primzey sold our shared Eff 7 "Pickle" to @domz1993, a violation of the terms he agreed to. This transaction was overseen by @cracker228989 and she will be serving as my evidence for the Complaint. Domz may also have screenshots of the transaction, which I've asked him to post if he has them. Evidence: Our agreement for use of the Pickaxe Primzey agreeing to the terms and conditions Primzey's "apology" for losing the Pickaxe Chest in which me and Primzey stored the Eff 7 is at X: 964 Y: 69 Z: 7795. (Rising) Additional Information: This whole situation has been very disappointing, I have trusted this user absolutely for the past 4 months and to be violated like this is a presentation of pure disrespect. The reason/purpose of my Complaint is the following; I was previously going to allow Primzey all the time he needed to buy a new Eff 7 for us. What REALLY rubs me the wrong way is that Primzey asked me to pitch in for buying a new one. Instead of this method, I would like the terms of our agreement to be followed through instead. Condition 4 states that if one breaks/loses the Pickaxe, 500k must be refunded to the other player. I would like this condition to be enforced and Primzey given 3 weeks to refund me 500k or face a full scamming sentence. Thank you for your time.

Additional Information: Many months ago, while still on BillyBue24, I remember these two offering to buy my Eff 7 since I was selling it.
I can confirm that I was the middleman in this transaction, and the pickaxe was transferred safely to @domz1993 . Only a few days after this trade did falcon tell me about the "broken" pickaxe, and I thought that something was fishy.
I would just like to confirm that I was in fact contacted by Primzey when advertising that I was looking to purchase an eff7 Pick. I did in fact purchase an eff7 pick named Pickle with cracker228989 playing middleman in the deal kindly helping us out. Usually I take screenshot of every thing I do like this but since a moderator was trading the goods I did not think it necessary at the time.
Both Forum conversations (there's two, one with the agreement and another with Primzey's apology/explanation) were started by Primzey so I cannot add anyone to the conversation.
