Felon Username: Primzey Complaint: They placed lava to kill a villiger that was one block away from me. I only had 1 heart and the lava spread and killed me. I had my eff4 unbr 3 silk1 pick and my smite 4 looting 3 sword plus alot of ores and other items.Evidence: N/A i was not paying much attention and then it was too late i was deadAdditional Information: I want to get my stuff back. Yes what they did may have been an accident but it is causing me alot of trouble.
I placed a lava source block to kill a villager and you were there, My intentions were not to kill you and I am sorry that you died.
Ok seeing as both players admit it was an accident and not a purposeful killing in a non-PVP zone I will be dismissing this complaint. I will also not require that primzey compensate for items lost because of the incident. Just take a lesson from this to not go afk in the mining world, it isn't a 100% safe place to do that if you do not have proper donation features, and death can happen from mobs and other forms.
