This user seems like a nice guy and I get that he is busy irl so like just on the chance he can somehow get the money i can extend the loan 1 month even if he comes online and makes like 8k a day he can pay me back....
@MSU_Spartans Would you be okay with giving @Piquno a 5 week extension because he will be away next week? If so, what would be your requirements for payback?
I cant enforce late fees ig since we didnt agree on any even though I wish I could have some compensation for not having my money for another 30-40 days..... but yea ig it can be extended to 5 weeks
@Piquno @MSU_Spartans Can you two come to an agreement on an additional payment plus the 250k for the extra extension?
I just asked piquno about a 30k fee for a 5 week extension of course he doesnt have to pay this but it would be nice considering I would be recieving my money back a total of 8 weeks from when he recieved the loan. It wasnt like the loan was unreasonably huge either payback was technically only 20k a day which isnt that much
Dccciz i added you to our forum convo, piquno said a 30k fee for a 5 week extension is fine (less than 1k/day) so the total debt would be back to 280k and due in 5 weeks
An agreement has been reached in forum pm. @Piquno will owe @MSU_Spartans 280k by Friday, March 18th (5 weeks). MSU, if the loan is still not paid back by this time, please file another complaint. Piquno given until Mar 18 2016 to pay 280k
