Accused Username: @PhantomineComplaint: Harassment, making continuous comments about my permaban and my ageEvidence: Additional Information: This is the full log of my convo with Phanto, it shows me apologizing to the user in question and him flaming me, he also spammed the word salt to me which I did not like. It's disgusting how his awful actions are pardoned but mine are targeted. I don't want anything to do with this foul user.

No, the only admissable evidence is either an un-cropped screenshot of the Minecraft screen in-game or the forums.
I don't have those, but I do find it awful that this is not being addressed. Phanto is not as innocent as he seems.
Phantomine has been spoken to in-game just like you regarding the feud which seems to have sprung up between you, let me remind you that our "/ignore" command exists and as the complaints section is currently displaying the pair of you could really make the most of using it.
