Accused Username: @PhantomineComplaint: I warped to /warp debt, to bet on the color game they have and I was told earlier by 1 of their members that you pay 1k and you pick 4 colors and the dropper drops 4 and if its 1 of your colors then you win more money so I said ok came back and phantomine was there I played after looking at the rules that do not state how many come out at all and after only 1 came out I messaged hi and asked about the other colors he then said only 1 pops out and I told him about someone telling me earlier it was 4 and he said oh sorry about that basically and I asked for my money [ which anyone should know better to give it back if someone was lied to] back because there was not a clear understanding of how to play making it not fair and he said no and was actually kinda rude about it saying no paybacks etc. he said get a mod if you have a problem with it and I said ok I will. the mod directed me here so I did but before coming here I asked him hey can I please get my money back and he said in a rude way 'why did the mod tell you no' and I said no she said to go to the forums then he threated me to stop ''harassing'' me or else im gonna report you even though I only had sent a couple messages all I want is my money back.. I have a picture of the rules that do not state how many come out to I will put in evidence boxEvidence: <Mod Edit>Additional Information: I think he was rude and should have gave me my money back. if someone didn't under stand something in a trade like if it was the wrong item you would give them their money back same thing here its just the right thing to do!
Next time I would recommend you either watch to see what you have to do before participating with your money or ask questions you are not sure of. Its not like phanto has lied in anyway however, I can see how this could frustrate you so I just recommend you make sure you know what you are invest in in next time. -Gecko
The game is you pick four colors and 1 block drops out if you guessed 1/4 blocks you win 2x your bet... as a host at /warp debt you must have read the signs wrong and didn't understand. If we had you pick 4 colors then dropped 4 blocks that would be super op in the better's favor. Hope this helps or clears your confusion
I don't have any more evidence because it happen so quick I couldn't screen shot it and save them all....
After reviewing the evidence given I have come to the conclusion that there isn't sufficient evidence to warrant staff action and as such will be dismissing this complaint. Complaint Dismissed Thread Locked
