Accused Username: peelxthatxbannaComplaint: I recently went back to ecc, and read my mail. In this mail was stated by the user: peelxthatxbanna, that i was to be evicted on July 27th. It is the 26th today, and i do not have my town rights, as opposed to everyone else in the town. I believe that the user peelxthatxbanna, again, did not wait until the 3 day period was up to start removing users from their town.Evidence: These two photos display first the message i got from the new town mayor, then the list of members with rights in the town of Electrica, in which my name is missing. Only two users are missing since the last complaint was issued. Yourself and aquabear297. Aquabear297 has been offline for 25 days, it is legal to removed them at anytime. At 7 days offline you do not need an eviction notice to be removed from a town I'm aware that you @Volvith have recently been banned for grief in this town, and that may have something to do with this. @peelxthatxbanna what is your side to this. Why is Volvith removed from the town again after they had been added back and received the new eviction notice? I won't tolerate any arguing. I just want to know what happened.
in the rules it states "However, under the following circumstances, the 3 day eviction criteria need not be met and the user may be removed from the town: A user is inactive (by staff standards, this means at least 7 days offline.) A user who has been banned for griefing in the town or warned by a staff member as a result of a Grief Report. Players added to a region for a specific job upon completion of work or termination of employment. "
Oh good to see you finally read the rules. If you are alluding to the "griefing" of the illegal cocoa farm you made, we talked about this. It was on my plot during what was supposed to be the complete 3Day notice. She had my permission which was the only one she needed for it was still my plot, therefore, not grief. Concluding to the point that she was supposed to be added back as well. I will stop talking about past events now for we have heard enough of them.
I'm done with this shit. If this counterargument is invalid since I did not grief. @ClarinetPhoenix With all the evidence against this guy and several town members backing the fact that his excuses are bullshit, lies, and manipulation of the rules, you can't not do something about this.

Also the story you tell here isn't adding up to the story you told on your appeal. The cocoa farm that was presented in the grief report was not built by @peelxthatxbanna or @mayhem_madness or even you @Volvith.
