Accused Username: @pac_gaMer2007Complaint: The user listed above sold me 7 plots in his town /warp dlcy_square After i payed him the 7k for the plots he then told me i was only allowed 1 plot and that he would not refund me the money to "teach me a lesson". He then went back to his town rules board and added a new rule that stated only 1 plot was allowed. This was an obvious scam and asked my brother @IamKarnii to see if he was able to help as he plays on the server more reguarly than me. He spoke to him directly and has taken some screenshots as shown below in the evidence. @IamKarnii also spoke to @miniCLH and he has reccomended i post this here.Evidence: Here are 4 screenshots @IamKarnii took of the conversation he had. I was unable to get any screenshots as directly after the scam has happened i disconnected from the server and was unable to reconnect for 10 minutes. http://karnii.imgur.com Look for the folder i named "Evidence"Additional Information: @IamKarnii gave him mutiple chances to repay the money and the user claims to only have $600 in his balance. therefore gave me only 600.
All this is accurate, i would like to add the reason i got involved is that @cuddlyxcreeper is my brother and is ver young. He does not understand the system or how to combat issues such as this so i tried to speak to @pac_gaMer2007 to see if this user complaint could be avoided. Thanks!
Hello @cuddlyxcreeper, thank you for posting this complaint however I will need evidence of you paying the 7k to @pac_gaMer2007 as well as a screenshot of the original agreement regarding the 7 plots. @pac_gaMer2007 please could you explain your side of the story on this situation. Hi madmonster, hope this is classed as relivent, cuddlyxcreeper was unable to get any screenshots as he stated above because he disconnected. There are surerly logs of some description showing payment.? thanks
Unfortunately I cannot go into the logs for this, however I will still need @cuddlyxcreeper to respond to clarify that he hasn't found anymore additional evidence regarding this situation.

Unfortunately there is no way I can prove that there was an agreement regarding the 7 plots you paying the $7,000 therefore, seeing as you have no additional evidence to provide, I will be dismissing the complaint. Please make sure to take screenshots of all agreements in the future to avoid this happening again. Locked - Complaint Dismissed
