Felon Username: outragedzombie Complaint: I gave outragedzombie 40k after he swore he would pay back 65k in a few days. He told me he would in two days or when he gets the money. He said he would get the money from renting out melon swords. Ever since I paid him the 40k, I have not seen him online since. I know he made the deal with other people also, but most of them did not pay as much money. It has been just about a week (I paid him last Sunday) and the reason I waited this long was because I expected him to be online so I could remind him. I would either like to get 40k back or follow through with the deal of 65k. Evidence: I took a screenshot, but somehow it did not go in my screenshots folder. He said, "I swear to payback 65k by July 22 at the latest." He also told me to screenshot it, which I did, and he told me that I could get him banned from ECC if he didn't pay me back. That made me believe him. My evidence, since my screenshot didn't work, is that I swear that I paid him 40k for a 65k payback. Take my word for it. Additional Information:
Hello, @Dantheman01. It's true, we do need evidence. If we took everyone's word for everything, everyone on ECC would be banned and it would be very quiet. However, it sounds like you have some, so how about you post it? I suggest looking here for instructions: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/tutorial-uploading-screenshots-images.271/ @outragedzombie, please respond to this complaint. Thread left open for 24 hours for response from @outragedzombie and posting of evidence by @Dantheman01.
What will happen if he doesn't respond? Will he gat banned? What will happen to the money? Do I get paid back or follow through with the loan or what?
The thread is being left open for a response from @outragedzombie, or new evidence. For example, we do not yet have evidence that you actually paid him, which would take the form of another screenshot. But the thread is not open for other purposes. Thread left open 24 hours for a response or posting of new evidence only.
Well ... unfortunately, you need to do that. Without evidence of payment of the loan, we cannot act on a complaint like this. We have to have confirmation that the money was actually paid over. I realize that this may be frustrating, but those are the rules. Please be sure to take screenshots of any transaction like this in the future. Thread locked -- complaint dismissed.
