I asked if this was a temp or perma ban and i guess that's classified so i don't exactly know if the user will get back. Long story short, if he's permabanned pls add this to his ban reason, if he's tempbanned i would prefer to reach an agreement rather than him get banned again.
User is currently banned for being perma banned user. He will not be returning in the foreseeable future. In the event he is unbanned, he will be required to repay this. Locked
