Not sure if this is relevant, but I can say that oink is one of the users with a <20ms ping. Low ping results in iffy looking hits.
It was odd because the moment WASDgamer called him out as hacking in global, all the odd behavior stopped and he became nothing more than a very good player with no weird hits. I have no proof of this of course, but that coincidence was what caused me to post this evidence.
Based on what has been provided there is not enough evidence to conclude any sort of hacking in this video. There appears to be minor amounts of lag as well. If you still feel this user is hacking, do not hesitate to file another complaint. Dismissed
