From looking at the video, there isn't any signs of hacking. Notice how Oink was swinging many times prior to your death, even though you were within his vicinity of being able to be hit by his sword. However, none of those swings prior to your death made contact with you. If Oink was hacking, you would died first swing regardless of what was going on. The killing blow is the only thing I could see someone interpreting this as hacking seeing as though his character was a distance away when he swung and killed you and at an odd angle. As I've said in previous complaint for hacking, when using speed 2 and any means of instant killing (in this case a strength 2 potion was probably used) you're going to see the odd angles because Minecraft can't process these motions fact enough to your client.
