Complaint:

Breach of Contract.​

Evidence:

The contract in mention.
Proof he mailed me about the chest, is offline, and I am in the correct location.

Proof that there is no pick located in the chest, as there needs to be due to him agreeing to the contract linked above.

Additional Information:

Please excuse the wallpaper below the screenshots. I'm running 1.7.2 with the chat glitch, when I take pictures of chat I'm forced to use the dropbox screenshot feature. I didn't want to Photoshop it out thus voiding evidence.

I don't expect any serious action taken, and would like to continue to have the payment plan continue. I'm mostly posting this complaint to alert staff that there may be issues in the future and to let @OGzCheetos know that I am serious about ever section in the contract he agreed to.

If image needs to be zoomed in on to read you can accomplish this by right clicking>open image in new tab. Once open you can simply left click in most browsers to zoom in.​

 

Are we waiting for something or can this be locked now?

 

@Dewsy92, he's going on a trip. If a ban was issued it would appealed and be over with before he even got back and no punishment is delivered, also, it would mean he would have less time to make money back for the payment plan if it extended longer than that, which will also negatively affect me financially. It is a lose-lose for me.

For the means of this complaint I'd like it to be done and over with and to have it withdrawn as I talked to him in game about this issue (as I was writing this actually, otherwise I'd likely have you pursue on the issue), and I think he realizes how serious I am about the contract.
