Well, this guy said all the right things to me in all the right ways and well he was a mayor and I mean it wasn't a massive world shattering loan out. I believed he could pay off a simple 150k in 1 full month. By my standard this is a very very lenient contract compared to many other contracts out there. With a month of late fee cushion of 1k/day (super easy) It is necessary to take action because @NoahPvPz_ had been temporarily banned for 14 days and we had stayed in communication while he was banned and he confirmed with me many times he would pay the full amount back. I let him go on, set up a sign for him so it would make him easier. He claimed previously he could never pay me because I was never on, but the contract outlines to forum pm me, which he never did. I gave him coordinates and offered a tp but he ignored me and I was in a hurry and mailed him the coordinates. Evidently since I hadn't been on enough @NoahPvPz_ is a "dbag" according to many people. I was obviously unaware, but as he was unbanned I felt relief when he told me he was working hard. Well he got banned again and I logged on 3 days after it happened and unfortunately to my dismay found out there was likely a 0% chance of him getting unbanned. I messaged @idkhowtoplay on what I should do as the date is coming up soon where it would be due. In the amount of 178,000 ecd tomorrow. Currently 177,000 today.​

He tricked me into believing he was on track and doing it. I didn't question why he was temporarily banned the first time, but it really worried me. I felt relieved when he said he was actually working hard and then once again I was tricked. I thought I had given out one of my first loans well...​
