Pretty sure that's not enforceable by the mods. 15k loan for a 250k payback in 4 hours?! That's absurd

 

He had agreed to this, Noah obviously wanted money because there was a crazy lotto happening, and he agreed to pay him 250k for a 15k loan. So I mean looking at this he owes hI'm what he agreed to. Delete if irrelevant.

 

While this is true the time given for the payback is small and very impossible. Again, I don't think that this is enforceable. The loan may be repaid, but with the amount of time, no.

Excerpt taken from shoutbox just now. Seems this was intended as a trap/scam to get noah in trouble. That doesn't sound right to me.

I don't really care what you wrote in your complaint. It's a very obvious loan intended to get noah into trouble or to make a quick buck. 250k for 15k is ridiculous, no matter how much time you give him to pay it back.
I call that an exploitative loan. You're exploiting noah.

 

Exactly, he most likey thought t said 25k, but you knew he would agree because he wanted to play in the crazy lotto. So you asked for a extraordinary payback. In 4 hours. You can't pay 250k for 15k in 4 hours, be reasonable.

 

in my opinion if noah was dumb enough to agree to 15k 250k payback he should face the consequences.

 

Who cares if he agreed to it? Anyone can misread or just be stupid and accept without reading. The fact that you made that agreement in the first place baffles me.

And set a precedence that anyone can exploit other people with exploitative loans? People would deliberately go for people who either don't read or aren't smart and then give them outrageous loans for a quick buck.
