also, according to the rules set forth by Andrew regarding warnings, noah should receive at minimum a 24 hour temp ban for not just 5, but 6 warnings sense his last appeal.

I'd just like to add that this now totals 8 conplaints for Harrasment, attempted scamming, and other rule bending in 1 month of his last appeal which averages to 2 complaints a week.

Though I have not taken screenshots from when @NoahPvPz_ thought he was getting banned for when he commited blackmail and went on a spree of harassment and profanity in global chat, I believe I have multiple witnesses to the incident that will back me up. Other than that, I wish to put forth 3 additional screenshots of him harassing users and using inappropriate language in global chat. <Mod Edit> <Mod Edit>

He is repeatedly attempting to scam others, spam, and be a disruption to the whole community. As istomp already pointed out, he has been banned for the same reasons repeatedly and refuses to change in the slightest. I really hope that justice is served for this kind of behavior. Edit***I have evidence of the user spamming me for money for a lotto and for a max fort pick to have. I will look for the screenies tomorrow.
I've given @NoahPvPz_ a warning for slander however the rest of your evidence is simply not admissible. You have linked complaints which have already been handled or are being handled, and to punish him again for those would constitute double jeopardy. If you have actual evidence of those behaviors you may file a complaint, however just linking a bunch of complaints and appeals is really not what this section is meant for.
