Complaint:

I was using Youlouigi's melon sword for farming and Ninja Steve was doing a series of E-repairs for me throughout the evening (around 8/9ish GMT) and I asked him for another e-repair he accepted the TP and I also payed him $100 upfront as he is usually very reliable, however on this occasion I payed and threw him the Melon Sword to NinjaSteve13. He then stood there for a couple of seconds before disconnecting, I originally thought because of different timezones or internet problems that this was unintentional and I then messaged him on both the forums and in game multiple times just asking him to please return the sword when he next came on.

After waiting for sometime (maybe due to timezone difference) I got a response from NinjaSteve13 who said that he disconnected due to his internet lagging out, but also stated that he did not have the melon sword. This in my opinion is not true as I clearly threw the melon sword at him and even if he did not pick it up (which I also saw he did, maybe without realising) I still walked over to where he stood to make sure and it wasn't anywhere to be seen and I didn't pick it up.​

Evidence:

I have multiple images/screen shots of which I will attach once its posting (via editing) as I am using the complaint form template.
These screen shots will show; me paying NinjaSteve13 $100 for the e-repair and accepting the tp, me with the melon sword previously, and screen shot of the message he sent me in game earlier today.​

Additional Information:

I did not want to have to make this complaint form as NinjaSteve13 does seem like a nice guy but either way you can't neglect the fact that he has in fact got Youlouigi's melon sword and its not fair on youlouigi at the end of the day as he has done nothing wrong to deserve it.

No sorry i have no more evidence on offer, however Im sure if needed looking into the chat logs of the server if possible you will find communication between myself and NinjaSteve13.

Hi Ninja, cheers for what you said, and with the different timezones not helping us communicate I can understand the delayed response. Equally you are a nice guy and you have helped me out on quite a few occasions and for that I am very grateful of.
Just like to point this out to you that by no means was this complaint to suggest that you were a scammer and a bad person, this complaint was only made to help youlouigi find the whereabouts of the melon sword.
Idk what has happened to it, I did throw it at you and the sword did go into you but idk maybe it bugged out im really not sure thats why I created this complaint in the hope that we can all get to the bottom of this and get answers, so I am not too sure what the next steps are in the process here?
