Felon Username: Netsui & KmaxwellComplaint: Removed me from city Direna with no warningEvidence: Additional Information: I have received no mail, I have not been tagged in any mass removal thread, and have not been contacted at all. I'm confused why I was removed.
I was added as co-Mayor to the town, yes, but the addition and subtraction of members to the town are only handled by Netsui, since the town portal has locked doors only Netsui can add to (to my knowledge). I was not aware AgentHare was even a member of the town. EDIT: I found this. http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/direna-city-by-the-water.22213/ It explains the town removal process and does list AgentHare as a town member, but the thread was last updated on Feb 2nd 2014.
Wheres the rule that says you're allowed to post on any complaint you want? Also I recall being a member of Direna in July, but that is just memory and I have no words to back it up. But clearly I did have a plot.
Just to help you out a bit: The definition of constructive and the rules say so. I believe my post was indeed "promoting further development or advancement" of this complaint by asking where the proof even is of you being a member of this town at all. You were removed from the town because you were gone for around a month around the time I was checking to see the activity of the people in the town. My town rules state in quite a lot of detail the removal process will start if you're gone for more than 7 days without a note of some descriptions informing me of the inactivity. Below is my inactivity policy pulled directly from the rules of my town which you and everyone who has ever joined my town agreed to before joining. "Should you need to be inactive for 7+ days, you must leave the town owners a note on the front of your house by means of (a) sign(s), locked by you. However, should you be inactive for an extended period of time (20+ days) without more detailed explanation, I will start the removal process. If you do not leave a note to one of the owners the removal process will be started."
I cannot find proof of him agreeing to it, however all of the members of my town agree to it or else they cannot buy a plot. Which is also in the rules of my town as shown below. "In order to become a resident of Direna, you must read and agree to these rules laid out here. Should you choose to decline to follow the rules of my town specified below then you will not be allowed entrance to the town or the ability to buy plots, or should you already be a resident of the town, your residency will be terminated in accordance to the guidelines provided in each rule. All members Permanently barred from entrance of Direna will be listed at the bottom of this post."
Even though I didn't get a warning until I realized it and I never recall being away for a month, I really didn't have enough buildings in Direna to care about it now that I think about it. So no, I have nothing to add and you can lock it.
