He then found out that you can get exp easier by mining and its not rare so he cancelled or said no thank you or whatever. I warned him that i would put up a complaint about him and he said do so and have fun.

Msu did not break any rules. He did not state "@exp" or etc at the end of his bid, and can therefore be assumed as a mix understood bid, or simply was in the wrong chat. On the same token, it is the responsibility of all bidders to be 100% sure of what they are bidding on before they bid on it. If you are not sure, ask the auctioneer to specify what exactly is being auctioned, or any other questions you may have pertaining to what is up for bid. Since he did not specify what he was bidding on, or whether or not he was bidding, he owes nothing
