Felon Username: MrCoolTrey Complaint: According to @burtonbeast35, @mrcooltrey asked him to demo the shop I have in his mall town, Mrcoolcity. I never received an eviction notice or any messages about my shop. I just happened to TP there to grab something or mine, when I saw Burton demoing the last bits of the shop. Evidence: Additional Information: I have been slowly moving the items from the shop in Mrcooltrey's town into my spawn shop, but I had not told mrcooltrey that I was leaving his town nor did he ask me to demo my build. I did ask Burtonbeast to place my materials in a chest in my spawn shop, e has done so, but it is not all the materials that were used for the build. http://i.imgur.com/ldcMSzN.png

While we are still waiting for Mrcooltrey's response, I see in the complaint "User admitting to hacking," but I don't see this in the screenshots. Did I miss it, or do you have additional evidence of this?

By any chance, did you copy the format from this thread? http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-msu_spartens321.101585/#post-517893 If so, you might have forgotten to delete a line, which would result in "User admitting to hacking" on the 5th line of your first post.

Ok after looking over everything I've been given, I've decided that @burtonbeast35 is to return every item he tore down from the shop. No questions on that. @burtonbeast35, you are a co-owner of the town. If you and @mrcooltrey were planning to evict @libbyyjo from the town of mrcoolcity, you two need to do so properly (i.e., /mail, forum PM, etc.). @mrcooltrey, I am disappointed that you have logged onto the forums multiple times since this complaint has been up, and since you've been tagged and asked to provide insight into the situation. Next time, you need to respond when asked to. @libbyyjo, if you do not get your items back from @burtonbeast35 within 3 days, or have not scheduled a time you can both be online within 3 days, feel free to file another complaint and we can go from there. If you are removed from the town without proper notice, you may also file a complaint. Locked. All items @burtonbeast35 tore down are to be returned to @libbyyjo, and if @mrcooltrey / @burtonbeast35 are evicting @libbyyjo, proper eviction is needed.
