The chest @-6721,65,-2949 has never been used. Because he didn't sign on late payment fees I am not seeking those, but I also feel no reason to wait any longer.Additional Information: I feel I have been more than reasonable and at this point only want payment.
Do you have evidence of the original agreement? The only thing that was in your forum pm was an agreement with another user
With all of the updating I can't find the screenshot now. Mp5guy acknowledged and agreed in the pm. They did not respond or follow up about my offers to negotiate so I didn't push for that. The agreement link is to establish the timeline for the two weeks to pay.
The only thing that I found that was a valid payment schedule was: https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/ban-appeal-mp5guy.193091/ While you said: "I will grant you 2 weeks after your payments to settle your appeal to pay me the 32k owed +4k late fees. This will allow you to avoid going through the ban appeal process a second time. Do you agree?" He agreed to this, but that was before you gave out the terms. Regardless if he chose not to negotiate, the terms that he agreed to are extremely vague. You gave specifics after he agreed. If he had reagreed or acknowledged the specific agreement, I would honor him agreeing. However, since he agreed to incredibly vague terms, I'm going to have to ask for screenshot/contractual evidence before proceeding with the complaint.
