Since mon1400 has no forum account I will be asking him in game why he hasn't give you the donation feature. Left open 24 hours awaiting mon1400's response

Upon further investigation, this was a case of multi-accounting. @slvrplme is now liable for this debt of 100k. In combination with other debts, he has until 11th January 2015 to repay everything. Should you not have been repaid by this deadline, please file a new complaint against him and link this complaint as evidence. Deadline of 11th January 2015 to repay 100k
