Felon Username: mochocrapComplaint: we had a deal in auction for caitlin_crime's head. i didnt see the head fully as it looked like a steve head. i came back and he said i wasnt using 1.7.9. so i switched to it and when i came back he was logged off with my head and the 12.1k.Evidence: it was on the auction and you could check the files where i give him 12.1k and dropped him the head at different times first 12.1k he gave the head to me i checked to see if it was legit in my home saw steve head so i talked with him gave him the head he claimed it was legit told me to use 1.7.9 i switched came back and he was offAdditional Information: i feel very angry at this person and i feel that he should either give me a refund or be tempbanned

You came to me stating it was a Steve head, I said ill refund you just let me change versions first, when I came back on you said I was a scammer and after you dropped the head it was indeed Caitlin's. I gave it back to you and said to change versions to 1.7.9, you then proceeded to change and said oh. Don't make false accusations about this, I would love to see some evidence that I did in fact take the head from you too... ?
i have pictures showing my inv and enderchest not owning the head and you can check my home EDIT: also in one of your posts it was in different orders
Do you have any other evidence that pertains to me not giving the head back as you stated @awsome428 ?
awsome, thank you for taking time to post about your concerns. However the evidence you are saying you have won't be enough to take action. It sounds like @MochoCrap will be happy to refund you if you give him the head back, but that would be up to you two to work out on your own. As far as staff action, we can't enforce anything without proper evidence of the auction/transaction on your part, awsome. I apologize for this, and if you happen to find a screenshot and this issue has not been resolved between you and @MochoCrap personally, you may file another complaint. Locked, complaint dismissed.
