Payment #2 was due on the 24th... 5 days ago. I've been trying to contact the user over the forums but he hasn't seen my forum PM. User has been offline ingame for nearly 2 weeks. Parker is an old user and old friend of mine from back in the day, and I hope this can be resolved.
