Well I would gladly pay you back the 48k but the problem is that i've not seen you online for days, and that does come from me not being online enough since i've had 3-5 hours on the server per day for the week. As for the 2k late penatly, that was not part of the contract.
Can you pay @jmichael214 and he will pay me @Mika8117 and I will waive the 2k fees just pay 48k today.
Hello, gents. Glad this can be worked out. For the record, @Mika8117 will not have to pay any late fees. Late fees, if any, have to be a part of the original agreement. I see no evidence that these were ever mentioned when the contract was made. If @Mika8117 has $48,000 to pay you, and we can get that payment confirmed by you two, then this complaint will be closed in return for that payment. @liam1236, in the future, if you intend to charge late fees, you will need to make that a part of the agreement up front. Only terms that are part of the original agreement will be enforced. Both of you -- if you are unable to connect in the next 24 hours, then I would prefer to see some arrangement made so that @Mika8117 can pay the money into a sign owned by @liam1236 If a payment is made, please remember to screenshot. OK, I'm not so sure that a trade sign at @liam1236's house will work, because I can barely find it, and I don't want to send you on a treasure hunt. So, I've given @liam1236 perms in Lancaster, my original town. You can each /warp lancaster, and then follow these directions. @liam1236, make a trade sign which sells one stick for $48,000 or some equivalent. @Mika8117, pay the sign. Or you guys can find a way to meet up.
