Additional Information:

The client originally owed a 25,000 ECD payback, but has thus far been able to return 7k, reducing the owed amount to 19,000. He received an extension in which to pay it back within the past week, but has thus far been unresponsive in returning the money. I would greatly appreciate if the staff team could contribute to my dilemma ​

 

The user has since paid his loan via the trade of a couple enchanted tools; therefore, I relieve him of this complaint and thank him for expedience
