[User Complaint] @Maxamune

Just add to this since I was mentioned in this complaint... This has happened for a few nights now. He is always causing trouble in global. I dont have any screenshots, but just last night he randomly started to pm me saying how he hated everyone on this server and how be thought people were getting away with personal attacks against him. All I said was "ignore it. This is the internet, people just talk like that. They dont know you irl so dont take it personal man, they dont know you." Nothing bad, just trying to help out since it was he who pm'd me first. He took this advice and turned it on me saying that I was a stubborn idiot for not thinking or realizing it was a personal attack. He went on to ignore me before Icould respond. I told @oootopia of this and she started to pm him as well. He had the same sort of attitude with her and turned it in her as well. Just before all this, he turned a peaceful conversation into an argument with @priMELval.... Fact of the matter is that this guy does nothing but cause complete shit in-game. He may not be an alt, but I can assure you that this guy is definately a troll. Do not be fooled by his upscaled word choice and language... He is a troll, please end this. Thanks

THCOOL is a liar. I held reserve screenshots of incident with him that I was going to file a complaint. I was going to let it go and be nice, but this forces my hand to file a complaint against him. This will happen soon as I can relax enough to do so. I am here to enjoy myself not stress of others. I do not have my conversation with oootopia in screenshots. Me and oootopia had a pleasant comversation about harassment that was occurring against me and how to handle it. I could fetch the conversation from minecraft logs if need be. THCOOL is adding nothing to this thread, is bringing up history, speculation, and no proof; this is violating post warnings. Him and his friend are retroactively seeking revenge against me for yesterdays drama that he forced upon me.

PS: luke's screenshot is not in full (F2 twice) and is not unedited proof with timestamp. It is out of context. Mine have been taken properly and will cover the entire chat span.

The rules do state that you are allowed to give your reasoning/explanation if you are relevant to the complaint.
You do not have to give your opinion on what should be done or try to start a flame war within the thread trying to bait intentionally/unintentionally. Your last few sentences have nothing to do with the complaint in question and don't relate to why you were tagged in this complaint.
So it isn't needed. And its not the first time either, cut it out.

@tinc_metals You could have simply reported the post and let the staff do their jobs and discipline accordingly, but instead you post a rule on complaints that your not even following yourself.

Calling someone a liar is not needed in this complaint. You dont need to do it, if you think he is, file a complaint, rather then publicly saying your going to file one, it seriously isn't needed.


I don't want to see any more comebacks, flaming, baiting from anyone else in this complaint.
Have something that might be relevant to the complaint but you don't know it is? PM a moderator or don't post it..

@lukewhicker Thank you for filing this complaint. Even though your screenshots have no timestamped evidence, we do know that this has been a issue the last few weeks.
Please use the /ignore feature if you do not like seeing what someone else says. You also do not need to 'stir the pot'. This will just aggrivate the person you are talking about and if the shoe were on the other foot. Im sure you would feel a little annoyed and frustrated. It doesn't mean its right, but your not helping the situation at all.

You did indeed have a good convosation with another Staff Member about how to handle the situation of being harassed, yet you choose to ignore their advise of using the /ignore feature and also choose to ignore what they said about filing a complaint if it happens to you. So why ask for advice and ignore it?
You will also be receiving a pm about changing/resolving your name change issues as you clearly are not tinc_metals or tincmetals anymore.

@THCOOL I know you were slightly involved in this complaint and you certainly made sure that you posted your side and your opinion on it. But we dont need your opinion. Just your side of the story next time otherwise your gunna get another time out sooner then you know it on the forums.

tl:dr: Grow up, use /ignore feature and only post what related to the complaint, no opinions please.
