Well, ill give the owner but here's the thing I don't want to me removed from the town as soon as I add him to it, so I want to do that kind of agreement. Can we make a contract on the forums or no? If so because ill work on one as soon as I get back from school.

Alright @matt8865 here's how the deal is going to go i must have full ownership you will not remove me for any reason unless i tell you too. You must tell me everything your doing to the town. You must let me know when you sell a plot to player.
Well, ill give your ownership, but I wont be selling the town for a long long time. Ill still be able to own the town because I own it right with my money I spent to get it back. Heres the thing, Ill give you ownership you can do want ever you want I must be able to sell plots when ever I wont (I probably wont sell plots) so that's what I can do if you can meet me on at sometime this evening we can talk then.
