Welp here goes......
First complaint was for the good of the community. I was paying back a person who was a known scammer and decided to pay someone he owed instead.
Second complaint was a joke with a friend.
Third complaint. Was locked due to no evidence
Fourth complaint: Can't see the evidence now but i was warned for it (winner point for you)
Fifth complaint: A retaliation complaint banning me from all his towns, since i had banned him from all of mine. Again this is not really a "wrong thing that was done"
Sixth complaint: What do you know dismissed due to lack of evidence.
Seventh complaint: Again this user just kept harping on every single thing i did. We were both told to ignore each other (this resulted in a forum warn for myself)
Complaint numero 8: Same person same salt.
Complaint 9: Was warned for Due to cursing/ spamming of caps.
Complaint 10: Was dismissed nothing was wrong.
Complaint 11: A game that i created that was really just to be for fun, i admit i broke a rule even thought at the time i didn't thing it was illegal because i had done it legit. However, i then realized after being banned how someone could easily rig it.
Complaint 12: Another complaint that was dismissed.
Complaint 13: My friend recently told me a terrible event that occurred with him. And i took things too far ingame My bad on that one.
Complaint 14: Was warned ingame.
Complaint 15: Already handled with another complaint.
Complaint 16: User was an alt of a perma banned user ( and i knew this). I took a 20k loan, and paid off someone that they owed. Forget who.
Complaint 17: A hacking complaint submitted on me, which i can't really do anything about... Not my fault I'm good at the game.
Complaint 18: Was issued a warn ingame prior to this complaint being posted.
Complaint 19: Now a rule that is more lenient which is saying common words from a different language in global (really not harmful at all)
Complaint 20: A user thinking alt accounting was illegal but it really isn't as long as there are no economical transactions between them. (this complaint was dismissed.
Complaint 21: This complaint was dismissed, once again because the user who filed it was not aware of the rules. simply saying shit, when not directed at any user rather at the vast build is not illegal.
Complaint 22: i was warned again, for absolutely no reason. I had already been warned for this behavior from a prior complaint, however this user decided to post the same images 10 days later and somehow it tricked staff into warning me again.
Complaint 23: This was due to a mis communication with buyer and seller (something that rarely happens with me. I was told to create a contract, and i will as soon as this user is unbanned for using a hacked client for making money.
Complaint 24: A simple joke that i call everyone, which lead to me being warned (my bad again sorry its)
Complaint 25: Complaint was dismissed, the user was not informed on the rules update, however the rules have went back to the way they used to be.
complaint 26: A complaint resolved over 500 dollars that was filed due to me being afk.
complaint 27: was not warned. (sorry being vague now tired of how many were dismissed.
Complaint 28: a joke with a friend that resulted in both of us locking our complaints.
Complaint 29: User made a wild accusation at me, when i did no such thing. This complaint was dismissed.
complaint 30: Don't really know why this user filed a complaint on me. we are talking ingame and he started spamming me so i foolishly began to spam back. (i suppose my bad once again)
and fairly complaint 31: This user was not involved whats so ever. My friend and I were fooling around. I did not scam him he was paid his money.


Now hey there (whoever you are), i am so glad you have joined this server just Wednesday and decided to single me out and file a complaint based on all complaints on me... I find it awkward for such a new user to waste their time on this when they haven't been on the server and don't know what actually occurs.

I have done you a favor and in red outlined all the complaints that were dismissed. Most filed to just try and get me banned because those users do not like me, most likely because i have called them out on certain issues and they cannot stand being wrong.

Red= Dismissed 22/31
Yellow= Forum warning 1/31
Green= Warned in-game 7/31
Blue= Complaint leading to my ban. 1/31

 

Punishing matrix for offenses he was already punished for is double jeopardy and we don't do that. Denied.
