Accused Username: @matrix_repComplaint: Scamming (removal of permanent perms)Evidence: Additional Information: I paid 500k for permanent permissions at /warp debt, I was told (in the screenshot below) that as long as I didnt attempt to scam anyone, or be a "bad host" for more than 3 times, I will never be removed. The day after or the next day, I was told I had a complaint against me and I had 1/3 strikes. When I asked who it was from he said it was another staff at /warp debt. When I asked what the complaint was for and how I was being a bad host, he continued to ignore me and never gave me an answer. Today, I was given another "strike" for hosting faze. If you dont want me to host faze, you can simply ban him from the place, but if you didnt, he has the right to choose which host he wants to play with. I then got @dgam02 to talk to him, and he reduced that last "strike" and made it 1/3 complaints. Then, just now, I was showing matrix a banner of a space ship I got during the snipechest, and @Aluxxen posted a complaint. After that, matrix immediately said I will be removed in 3 days because I had 3 strikes. He gave me 3 chances of complaints, but somehow he made 1 complaint into 2 "strikes" instead of 1. Since when did 2 = 1? Also, the complaint was SO insignificant that it was equal or even less than a spam/inappropriate name that can be solved after a mod simply says to change it or stop in game. I paid 500k for perms, I barely had perms for 5 days and he is removing me
I haven't had time to set up a contract, for now you will stay as a member. In the contract there will be specific instructions so problems like this of not understanding do not occur again.
Thank you @matrix_rep. @JimmyZ0811, a contract should help in the future, but make sure both of you fully understand the contract that will be created, as to avoid things like this. I would like a contract to be made as soon as possible, so this doesn't happen again. Locked - Contract to be created
