From the looks of what I saw in-game, along with what you screenshot doesn't include any significant evidence against @matrix_rep. That is why no Staff warned matrix about his bid in-game. It was completely legal. He said 10k and a payment plan, and you asked for a time - never specifically heard 20k, never settled it all down, nothing. Nobody ever did bid 20k, and putting on matrix, assuming that he was bidding 20k was not the right assumption. As far as anyone knows, it may have been 10k with 5k later. We just don't know and can't just assume. That being said, this complaint will be dismissed. Dismissed.
