    I apologize that you had to witness such disgusting language used in chat by this user. I will be issuing a very stern warning, and possibly a final warning due to the fact that the language was highly inappropriate as you stated. Hopefully this shall not occur again in future, but if it does, feel free to report the user again and higher action will be taken.
