Accused Username: @mackenzie789Complaint: @mackenzie789 agreed to pay the amount of $100,000 to me within 2 weeks. They have failed to pay the amount within the 2 weeks. I had forum messaged them a day before the payment due-date to remind them and I sent them an ig name however they haven't seen the forum message and they've been inactive for 10 days. They paid $3000 on the agreement day but has made no payment since the. They still owe $97000.Evidence: Loan agreement - original report filed - https://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/user-complaint-mackenzie789.157826/Additional Information: Reason for @mackenzie789 oweing this money: Back in august or September I issued a loan to Mackenzie789. For each day past the due date, mackenzie789 would owe 1k. They past the due date and went inactive when the amount of the loan + the 1k/day was at 50k (this was about 4 months ago). I filed a report however it was denied due to the fact that I didn't have a close date on the contract so the 1k could run forever. Over 2 weeks ago, mackenzie789 returned to ecc. The amount owed had totalled to around 200k (less or more than) . I mentioned it upon their return and we agreed that paying that large amount of money was unfair and we negotiated and came to an agreement of which they would pay 100k back and that would be the situation and loan settled. The above screenshot shows the amount they agreed to pay and the time they agreed to pay it in. They failed to pay within the new agreed upon due date. This is just a loan agreement with an extended time given to pay it back and a reduction on the amount owed.

A feature? If you can please add some additional evidence in the next 24 hours for the context of why @mackenzie789 owes you 97,000. It may also help if you add me to the forum pm. @ghostsjack01 given 24 hours to supply additional evidence
Hello @ghostsjack01 , I am going to need more evidence regarding this loan. Judging by this complaint you were not able to provide evidence of ever paying @mackenzie789 the original loaned amount. I am going to need to see all evidence regarding your agreements with @mackenzie789. If you have a screenshot of @mackenzie789 acknowledging that this settled 100k was from the previous loan in September please add that to this complaint. Simply asking a user in pm if they agree to pay you 100,000 ecd in 2 weeks does not give me enough context on why they would owe you 100,000. @ghostsjack01 given 24 hours to provide evidence of 1) @mackenzie789 acknowledging that this 100k "debt" was from the original loan in September and / or 2) paying @mackenzie789 the original loaned amount of (25k).
