Felon Username: LotBot aka David_TorentoComplaint: Possible Scamming/ HarrasmentEvidence: http://imgur.com/oqbROW4,aovGp96,tfNYxomAdditional Information: Ok so here goes... This debt is not currently due however this user has been constantly telling me that he is debt free and i feel that i should bring this to staff attention that infact he does still owe me money. I wand to just keep this complaint open to make sure he cannot get away with not paying me. *Reason why he claims he doesnt owe me* Earlier this week i said in global first one to pm me gets money. David pmed me and i gave him 1k and jokingly said that he won 1 mil. He then pmed me saying that i have 2 weeks to pay him 1 mil otherwise he would file a complaint. Then 20 minutes later he said actually just take my debt off which is currently 825k (has not paid any in about 3-4 days). This user then mailed me telling me now that we are even would you be able to sell me a msword on a payment plan. *Note i do not have any screenshots of this harrasment* but i would really appreciate if a mod could please check the logs as i truly do fear this user WILL NOT pay me back
"Do you David_Torento agree to pay me 1mil by 5/5/15 for this Eff 7" "5/5/15" Todays date: 4/12/15 I do not believe the date is 5/5/15 yet. On that same token, there is no "required" payment/day. Aswell as, I informed you that I was going to not pay for atleast a few days because your constant global chat, and pm's saying "pay me more money". Now, just because you are upset about other things, does not give you the ability to file a complaint on something that has not even happened, and will not happen.
i am not using me being upset about other things for the driving force of this complaint. You have constantly told me via pm and /mail that we are even and that you dont owe me any money, and you cannot deny it because mods are able to look through conversations via logs. And if you actually read what i said instead of jumping to conclusions i clearly stated that i knew this wasnt due however i wanted staff to be aware of this because you frightened me with your behavior via pm saying "we are even i dont need to pay you back"
then why were you constantly telling me via pm that we were even Edit* - even meaning that you will not pay me anymore
Both of you, please only reply to this complaint if you have further evidence. Staff will go through the provided evidence in due time and will make a decision. Thanks.
I really don't see anything that makes me believe that David/@LotBot has no intention of not repaying this debt and seeing as a decent portion has been payed I think that these may be just david's idea of a joke. That being said, regarding harassment @matrix_rep @LotBot I've seen you guys going back and forth on the forums and you both need to cut it out. There's no specific evidence provided here for me to act on so I can't do anything specific. If there are additional concerns please feel free to forum pm me and I'll attempt to mediate the issue.
