Based on what's been provided for us here, there isn't enough evidence for us to conclude on. I recommend if you feel someone is using xray, you notify a GameAdmin or higher immediately so they can watch. Of course a complaint can always be done, but asking a GA+ right away will be best option. If you feel a user is using xray, feel free to record them and file a complaint, or like I said, ask a GA+. That being said, this complaint will be dismissed. Dismissed
